Terms of Service — ThreadSwap

1. Introduction

Welcome to ThreadSwap ("we", "us", "our"). ThreadSwap is an online marketplace that connects you with preloved clothing sourced from our sellers. By placing an order with us you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Our service

We curate preloved items from our sellers and list them on our storefront. Each item is described as accurately as possible, including brand, size, condition and any notable details. Because our items are preloved, minor signs of wear should be expected unless an item is listed as "New with tags".

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order you'll provide your first name, last name, email address and mobile number. Payment is taken securely at checkout. Your email and mobile are used to send you InPost locker drop-off and collection information — nothing else.

4. Delivery

Every order is delivered to an InPost locker local to you. UK delivery is free. We do our best to encourage our sellers to post as fast as possible, however please allow up to two weeks for delivery. You'll receive updates to your email and mobile number with your locker drop-off information and collection code. For discretion, the sender name on your parcel will show "TS Clothing".

5. International orders

International shipping is available at an additional cost shown at checkout. International delivery times may be longer than the two-week UK estimate.

6. Returns & refunds

Because our items are preloved and sourced individually, most items cannot be returned. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on the limited circumstances where a refund may apply.

7. Privacy & discretion

We take your privacy seriously. Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging. The sender will appear as "TS Clothing". Your personal details are only used to fulfil your order and send InPost tracking information.
